The Mission
DayStar Academy of Excellence (hereinafter referred to as DAE) is committed to providing students in kindergarten through sixth grade with the skills and training necessary to become contributing members of their school, family, and community. DAE will offer a learning environment where students, faculty, and parents embrace a standard of excellence in academic achievement, ethics, and citizenship. Students will participate in technologically centered programs design to bridge the gap of digital divide. This goal will be accomplish with low student-teacher ratios during an extended instructional schedule. Our ultimate goal is to graduate self motivated, industrious, critically thinking students, who are passionate about learning and committed to service. DAE students will be well prepared for high school, higher education, employment, and acceptance of their rights and responsibility as citizens. DAE will encourage staff, students, parents, and community to embrace its vision. The school’s mission is to support families and strengthen communities by offering quality academic education to each students.
School Profile
DAE will be open to any student residing in Palm Beach County school district. The school will provide an academic environment for students, in Kindergarten through 6th grades, ages 5-12 years old.
This new initiative is designed to provide the highest standard of education and train young people to become leaders. Our objectives are:
